Situated between Normandy and Brittany, north of Fougères, the Château de Blosses is a nineteenth-century annex of the Rouërie estate. The estate, with its main chateau dating from the eighteenth century and its 300 hectares of grounds criss-crossed by hedges and trees, was at the centre of Brittany's royalist society from the early 1790s.
